I love this thing!!! I had one of those expandable bamboo ones for 10 years. There was nothing wrong with it but we moved to a new house that had brand new cabinetry. I brought my old bamboo tray with me but when I'm saw that this actually didn't cost that much more than the bamboo stuff, I had to get it.This one matches the cabinets completely perfectly and looks custom. I only had to trim it slightly (electric table saw). And it fits seamlessly in my drawer, side to side / end to end. Not sure anyone else in my family noticed that I changed out the bamboo one for this one but it makes me happy every time I go for a spoon! If you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and just get it! This worked out so well for me that I'm going to get the in-drawer knife organizer next. My collection deserves it!Note: I cannot recommended this if you do not have the proper tools to trim it and do not have anyone who can help you (friend, neighbor, handyman). If that is the case, then pass. Sawing manually with hand-held saws will likely only damage the wood and finish.
